Art directed and designed major pieces of the Chevy Game Time Super Bowl 2012 app, including the logo and TV spot to promote it. After it premiered during the NFC Championship on Fox, the number of downloads increased so much that it ran instead of other Chevy spots leading up to the Super Bowl. Final motion graphics work made by the fine folks at Gentleman Scholar. Creative Directors: Michael Limbert & Joakim Borgstrom.

In addition to the TV spot and logo, I also designed parts of the app itself — from the overall look / feel down to individual screens made during the big game itself. Fantastically programmed and brought to life by Detroit Labs.

In just a week after we launched the app, it was number 11 on the Top Free Apps in the App Store and highlighted in the Featured section.

As the final whistle blew, it had 703,826 registrations, 10,276,102 trivia questions answered, and over 110,000 active users during the game. Totaling over 11 million page views.
